When will my order ship?
At this time, all pieces are made to order and will ship within approximately 4–6 weeks of purchase. Each item is thoughtfully crafted by hand in small batches, and we appreciate your patience while we create your piece. The estimated production timeline for made-to-order items will always be noted on the product page.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch so we can make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your piece is damaged in transit, please reach out with photos of the item and packaging, and we will gladly work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Are your ceramics food safe?
Yes. All functional wares are made with food-safe clay bodies and glazes and are intended for everyday use.
How should I care for my ceramics?
All pieces are made from high-fired stoneware and are fired at temperatures exceeding 2,100°F, making them durable enough for everyday use and generally safe for both the dishwasher and microwave. That said, I always recommend hand washing whenever possible to help preserve the beauty and longevity of handmade ceramics.
Pieces with a glossy finish are sealed, making them more resistant to staining and easier to clean. Pieces with unglazed or matte surfaces are naturally more porous and should be handled with a bit of extra care, as they may absorb liquids or develop stains over time. To keep these pieces looking their best, avoid prolonged contact with strongly pigmented foods and liquids.
Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and made by hand in my New Jersey studio in small batches. Slight variations in form, glaze, and finish are a natural part of the handmade process and make every piece one of a kind.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is carefully handcrafted to closely resemble the item pictured. Due to the handmade nature of ceramics, slight variations in form, glaze, and finish may occur. In most cases, you'll barely notice these differences, but they are part of what makes handmade ceramics so special—ensuring that each piece is uniquely its own.
How are ceramic wine racks installed?
Ceramic bottle racks are designed to be wall-mounted and securely hung using a French cleat bracket system. Installation hardware and instructions are included with each order, making for easy and secure hanging in your home.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available for customers in Northern New Jersey. Please reach out prior to placing your order to coordinate pickup arrangements.
